This year we wanted to do something fun for Easter. Especially since Ava is old enough. We didn't want to do something over the top because we all know that's not what Easter is about. So we went over to our friends, Devin and Liz's, house this year and did a fun little easter egg hunt with their girls!
We didn't want to have to buy more eggs, so we dug these out from a few years ago!! Ava thought they were pretty cool!!
The girls kept dropping their eggs!!
Here's Ava with half an egg full of candy!! She held on to it for the longest time! She finally let me put it in her basket so she could pick up more eggs!
I just love her face in this one!
Dad was so great to help her while Mom took pictures!! (Mom did a little helping too!!)

After all the girls had naps we took them to the park!! We didn't stay very long because it was getting cold, but they had tons of fun!!
This is the face of a girl who has had way to much candy. I feel bad about letting her have as much as she did! I still love her little candy face though! We've hidden her easter basket so she won't think about it! Mom and Dad will probably end up eating all her candy!! We did get Tangled for her so she can at least enjoy that!!

Isaac was high days before Easter, just thinking about the event. He talked to his mom on the phone one day and she said he must have said Easter 50 times in the few minutes they talked. Looks like you guys had a lot of fun!

I say let them eat as much candy as they want at once and then either it's gone or it disappears! And then mom eats it all....
