A morning with Gwen!

Last weekend Gwen was heading up to Rexburg, and stopped to stay in Logan for the night. Well it was late enough that we didn't get to really hang out at all. So we opted for breakfast the next morning. We decided on IHOP, which is always good! And it was nice because I have a very large appetite these days! And of course we had to have a picture. That's just the way it goes! Unfortunately, I didn't have the camera on me so Gwen was nice enough to e-mail this one to me! Thanks, Gwen!

Wicked Sweet Bruise

Ok! So this is the coolest story ever! So my friend, LaNel, and I get up and exercise every morning at 6 A.M. On Friday morning I wake up to rain. Being as its kind of cold it was freezing the water a little bit! So I get up to campus and the two of us are walking to the Field House trying to be as careful as we can. We notice that the kid in front of us almost fell down the tiniest of slopes. Well, didn't go so well for me! I end up lying on the ground just laughing all the while knowing that everyone who was watching had to be laughing too! (Mostly the kid who was trying to pull his jeep (or what ever it was) into the parking terrace that we were walking in front of!) LaNel tried to catch me but ended up sliding down the small hill! Fortunately not all the way down! And the poor army kid that was behind us fell too!! So I felt like an idiot as we walk into the Field House feeling like everyone was staring at my behind!! So I took my jacket off to inspect the damage. I couldn't see it that well, plus the lighting was really poor! So I didn't think much of it! Yeah I hurt a little but I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and looked in the mirror! So needless to say I am very sore today! My back hurts, and I even pulled the muscles in my neck. Yes my neck. Its kind of a weird feeling!! But it will be ok! Besides I think its a way sweet looking bruise! (P.S. You will have to look carefully to really see the big bruise!)

I'm going to be a MOM!!

So as most of you know, I'm pregnant! Yay way exciting! And yes it was our turn! I am only about 6 weeks along. I don't get to go to the Dr. until the first week in March. I think its a new thing that they are doing, waiting that long! But oh well! My due date is September 19th. And so far I have morning sickness, which is cool because its not just "morning" sickness, its "ALL DAY" sickness! Which is WAY cooler! Just kidding. Its not that cool....But besides that everything is going well!

This really cute willow tree statue was a gift from my friend, Kristin, that works in the pharmacy with me. It was very thoughtful of her! So I thought I'd use a picture of it since I don't have any other fun pictures yet! And I really just wanted to post something!!!

Three Christmases

We had the Wilkey Family Christmas party at our house this year. Everyone came up the Friday before Christmas. We enjoyed a potluck dinner together, then read the Christmas story from the Bible, and opened our presents. Jaiden had fun helping Grandpa pass out all the gifts.

Merry Christmas!!!

We were able to make it to my parents for Christmas morning to watch the kids open there presents. Afterwords we headed back to Ryan's parents house for a very delicious breakfast!
