Ok, so I've been a little slow about posting this. Anyways, here it is!! When we went to St. George for the Bus Rodeo, Ryan placed in 5th place overall!!! We are so proud!!! He actually got a perfect score in the wheelchair securement section. There were only two other people that got a perfect score (for the wheelchair.) And a bonus on top of that is that it was held at the airport so we got to watch airplanes fly in and out all day!! And there was a nice little playground right by the airport so Ava and I went over. She LOVES swings. She got mad at me when I picked her up to switch her around so the sun wouldn't be in her eyes!!
Since it was a really long day, I went with another bus drivers wife to the Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum. It was pretty fun. Ava loved it!! There were lots of really ugly slash slightly (or possibly more than slightly) scary looking animals!! So I of course had to get pictures! But to kind of ease you into the previously mentioned animals here's a not so scary picture!!

Of course, my favorite!!

Here is the Javalina… YIKES!!!

A Nile Crocodile (I think that's what the sign says!!)

A Bison (unfortunately not of the air type!!)

Chacma Baboon

Brush Pig. This little guy was staring at us when we walked in!!

A HUGE moth butterfly thing!
That's it for the ugly slash slightly scary animals!! But here are a few more fun pics!!

Ava thought the animal prints in the ground were pretty cool!!

Here she is in the interactive children's room petting a bear.
So Ava loved Newt and Mandy's dog, Dexter. I don't know why I didn't get any pictures of them together. But here she is chillin in his bed!! Silly girl!!
While we were there Ryan also got to go flying with Newt and his friend, Tim. Ryan had a great time. He hasn't flown in well over a year so it was great for him to be in the air again!!

hehehe to fun. Good job Ryan! I agree, sadly not the flying type bison. Ava's so dang cute!
Even though some of those animals were ugly/scary there was also something adorable about them. However, Ava wins hands down on being adorable and she doesn't have to be scary to do it. Congrats to Ryan on taking 5th, and if I'm ever in a wheelchair I'll be glad he's around.
