Shoes and Books

A couple of weekends ago, Ryan and I got on a cleaning kick! (Yay for cleaning!) And I had been wanting to go through my shoes. I can't wear most of them since I've had Ava. But its a good trade though! Well just to show how girly Ava is… She LOVES shoes. A girl after my heart!

Nothing like kicking back and reading a good Harry Potter book! Isn't she helpful!! But that's why we LOVE her!!

Christmas

Ok first off let me just say that it ALWAYS cracks me up when I find Ava like this in the morning!!

Anyways, here's our Christmas stuff. (Some of these pictures are fuzzy because they were taken with my phone.) We did our little family Christmas the week before because I went home with Dad when he came to pick Kaitlynn up from school. I got to spend the week in Vernal. That's a great Christmas present in general. Thanks Ryan! Here's Ava and her dad. She LOVES this ball!

She did not get this bear for Christmas but she LOVES it. She sleeps with it and her pink dog every night. She also picked out her bow. She HAD to wear it.

Not so sure about this wrapping paper stuff…

"Oh! There's toys inside!!"

She had fun helping mom and dad unwrap their presents too!

We actually got to go to Grandma Lila's for cousins! Here's Ava and her cousin Ellie! They had such a blast playing on the hearth!

She sat for the longest time like that just watching her favorite, Toy Story 3. Thanks Uncle David and Aunt Kelly! We watch Buzz and Woody every day!

She got to open Jessie on Christmas day! She LOVES her Jessie. She even kind of says her name.

Anyways, here's the real reason for this post. As you all know, Ava is very much a girly girl. She loves to play with my headbands and hair clips and necklaces and everything else under the sun that is girly. Her latest obsession is to open my jewelry mirror thing and play in there. Well today she was into my headbands again and the next thing I know this is what she's doing!!

I tried to take it off but she got so mad at me!! So naturally I let her wear it!

She was mad at me for taking her milk away so I could take a picture!! Hence her grumpy, yet still super cute face!!

She has been wearing it like that all afternoon and has been completely happy with it!! I had even helped her put it on her head before all this happened!!
